What you'll Do:

Recruitment and Onboarding
Assist in sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews for candidates.
Coordinate onboarding processes, ensuring a smooth experience for new hires.
Maintain employee records and manage HR documentation.
Employee Relations
Address employee queries regarding policies, benefits, and processes.
Support HR in organizing team-building activities and events.
Act as a point of contact between employees and management for HR-related matters.
HR Operations
Maintain HR databases and ensure the accuracy of information.
Assist in payroll processing.
Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
Training and Development
Coordinate employee training sessions and track participation.
Support performance management processes and appraisals.
Compliance
Assist in maintaining updated labor law compliance records.
Monitor adherence to workplace policies and procedures.

What We Are Looking For

Required:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
1–2 years of experience in HR or administrative roles preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Preferred:

Familiarity with HR software and systems.
A proactive attitude and problem-solving mindset.
