What You’ll Do

●Perform high-precision micro-soldering, re-balling, and SMT-level rework on prototype PCBs
●Diagnose and resolve board-level faults using oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and test benches
●Rapidly execute hardware ECOs, manage lab tools, and maintain reflow ovens
●Document issues with failure photos, trace captures, and update test logs
●Collaborate with design engineers to debug and improve prototype performance

What We're Looking For

Required:

●Expertise in 0201 micro-soldering, SMT rework, and board repair
●Hands-on experience with oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, reflow ovens, and microscopes
●Precision-focused, detail-oriented approach to board troubleshooting
●Electrical Engineering degree OR strong portfolio demonstrating hardware lab expertise

Preferred:

●IPC/WHMA, J-STD-001, or similar technician certifications
●Experience with low-power IoT, wearables, or early prototyping
●Familiarity with AOI or X-ray inspection for fine-pitch PCBs
