What You’ll Do

Office & Operations Coordination:

Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative activities to ensure smooth workplace functioning.
Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments, deliveries, courier services, and inventory movement.
Support smooth day-to-day office readiness, including internet connectivity, utilities, facilities coordination, pantry supplies, and workspace organization.
Coordinate with building management, internet providers, maintenance staff, and external service vendors to resolve office-related issues efficiently.
Assist teams with operational and coordination-related requests across the organization.

Inventory & Asset Management:

Receive, organize, and maintain inventory records for laptops, monitors, office equipment, tools, accessories, and other company assets.
Track office assets, purchases, invoices, inventory records, and operational documentation.
Coordinate laptop allocation, workspace setup, and onboarding logistics for new employees.
Coordinate repair and maintenance of laptops, monitors, office equipment, and related assets through vendors or service providers.

Procurement & Vendor Coordination:

Assist with procurement of office supplies, technical equipment, components, and operational materials.
Identify and coordinate with vendors for equipment purchases, repairs, maintenance, and office operational requirements.
Obtain quotations from vendors, compare pricing and timelines, and support procurement decisions.
Coordinate with external vendors, repair partners, and service providers to ensure timely operational support.

Startup Operations Support:

Support special operational projects and adapt quickly to evolving business priorities in a startup environment.
Work closely with engineering, operations, and leadership teams to help maintain efficient day-to-day execution.

What We’re Looking For

Required:

0–2 years of experience in office administration, operations, logistics, procurement, inventory management, or similar roles.
Strong organizational and communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced startup environment.
Comfortable working with spreadsheets, documentation tools, and vendor coordination.
Ability to coordinate across teams and independently follow through on operational tasks.
Hands-on problem-solving mindset with strong ownership and execution ability.

Preferred:

Experience supporting hardware, engineering, manufacturing, lab, or startup environments is a plus.
Familiarity with purchasing technical equipment, electronic components, or office infrastructure is a bonus.
Prior experience coordinating with vendors, repair/service providers, or facility management teams.
Experience handling office asset tracking, procurement, or inventory coordination is preferred.
