Role Overview

We are looking for an Operations Associate to work closely with the Founder’s Office and drive execution across key initiatives. This role sits at the intersection of strategy and operations—ensuring that priorities are translated into structured plans and delivered with speed, clarity, and accountability.

This is a high-impact, versatile position designed for high-potential candidates who can adapt to various functions, from project management support to general operational execution, ensuring seamless delivery across the organization.

What You’ll Do

Execution & Strategic Support
Partner closely with the Founder’s Office to translate company priorities into clear, actionable plans.
Track progress across key initiatives and ensure accountability across teams.
Monitor dashboards to identify delays, risks, and bottlenecks.
Prepare executive briefs, presentations, and decision-support materials.
Cross-Functional Coordination
Align stakeholders across operations, product, finance, hiring, and partnerships.
Proactively follow up with team members to ensure tasks move forward on time.
Identify execution gaps and resolve bottlenecks quickly.
Improve internal communication, documentation, and workflow clarity.
Special Projects (Founder’s Office)
Drive high-impact, time-sensitive projects directly from the Founder’s Office.
Support the design and implementation of internal operating systems (OKRs, trackers, review cadences).
Key Competencies
Precision in tracking complex tasks and maintaining documentation.
The ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent written and verbal skills for cross-functional alignment.
Comfortable pivoting between different roles and responsibilities as needed.
A strong focus on working effectively with diverse internal teams.

What We’re Looking For

Required:

Bachelor’s degree (B.Tech) in any discipline
Comfort working with dashboards, trackers, or project management tools (Excel, ClickUp, Notion, etc.).
High ownership with a strong bias toward action and structured thinking.
Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities simultaneously.

Preferred:

Exposure to deep-tech, hardware, or AI-driven environments.
Familiarity with business strategy, operations, or PMO frameworks.
