Wi-R is our patented non-radiative near-field communication technology that creates secure "wire-like wireless" experiences through small E-field bubbles around your body. This breakthrough enables unprecedented energy efficiency at sub-0.1 nanojoules per bit, making long-term wearable and implantable devices finally practical.

What You’ll Do

Design and analyze mixed-signal and RF circuits, especially for low-power wireless communication
Lead or contribute to analog/Mixed-Signal block tapeouts with high-performance expectations
Integrate analog IPs into SoCs and oversee the verification and validation processes
Collaborate closely with firmware, board, and testing teams
Work across the entire IC lifecycle - from schematic to layout to tape-out and lab validation

What We're Looking For

Required:

B.Tech in Electronics or related field with 2+ years of mixed-signal/analog IC design experience
CGPA of 9/10 in B.Tech, or 9.5/10 in M.Tech if applicable
Strong understanding of analog and RF circuit design fundamentals
Experience in tape-out of RF ICs and leading block or chip-level designs
Familiarity with simulation and layout tools e.g., ADS, LTspice, Cadence
Proficiency in test automation e.g., Python, LabVIEW , PCB tools Eagle, Altium
Excellent debugging, communication, and documentation skills

Preferred:

Publications in top conferences ISSCC, JSSC, VLSI, CICC
